This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing solicitors and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team. - Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch break

What you’ll be doing:
- As a Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
- Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
- Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
- Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
- Complete SDLT forms
What you will have:
- Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
