Over the past decade, this firm has provided a full 360 lettings property management service across the Manchester area. They have a team of experts, which are continuing to expand, and as such, they’re looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to grow, develop and make a real impact within the company.
What’s in it for you:

What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring the current portfolio is well managed and that all current client properties are safe, legal and compliant
- Carrying out viewings and appointments
- Increase portfolio through business development strategies
- Responsible for full lettings process from enquiry to move in
What you’ll have:
- Experience in lettings and property management
- Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings/property management industry and current legislation changes
- Own car and driving licence
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
