Lettings Negotiator – Manchester – up to £28,000 basic DOE + commissions

Over the past decade, this firm have provided a full 360 lettings property management service across the Manchester area.

They have a team of experts, which are continuing to expand, and as such, they’re looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to grow, develop and make a real impact within the company.

What’s in it for you

  • Annual basic salary of up to £28,000 DOE
  • Commissions on all new lets and listings circa £5k plus
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Weekend rota 1 in 4 – Lieu day given

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensuring the current portfolio is well managed and that all current client properties are safe, legal and compliant
  • Carrying out viewings and appointments
  • Increase portfolio through business development strategies
  • Responsible for full lettings process from enquiry to move in

What you’ll have

  • Experience in lettings and property management
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings/property management industry and current legislation changes
  • Own car and driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
