Exciting new Lettings Negotiator role within a fast-paced lettings industry. Our client is an independent and rapidly growing Lettings and Management Agency expanding their portfolio and client base. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join a supportive and friendly team.
What you will be doing
- Respond to lettings enquiries quickly and professionally
- Conduct viewings on available homes with potential tenants
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service levels
- Set and collect rent and other fees from tenants
- Oversee, maintain, and inspect designated buildings and properties
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with laws, codes, and company policies
- Select tenants through interviews and background checks
- Address tenant complaints and issues
- Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
What you will have
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Previous experience in lettings / property management
- Ambitious, driven with a can-do attitude
Whatβs in it for you
- Basic salary up to Β£30,000 DOE
- Commissions and bonuses (September and December)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am β 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis
