Do you have property investment experience? Do you want to work for one of the most exciting property companies in the UK? If you answered “yes”, then this could be the role you have been searching for! This would be an ideal role for those with previous property investment and you will be accustomed to working in a client focused, sales oriented environment. Your primary goal will be to develop long lasting relationships with clients, providing advice and suggestions on how they can progress with growing their property investment portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Guiding clients through their property investment sales process
  • Handling client enquiries on behalf of the team
  • Introducing and advising clients on all fantastic investment opportunities
  • Contacting the best leads in the industry
  • Building long lasting relationships with clients
  • Suggesting strategies to help clients realise their goals and grow their property portfolio
  • Being a champion for clients

What you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in the property investment sales industry
  • Client facing experience
  • Good knowledge of the financials surrounding property investments (yields, interest rates, return on investment rates etc)
  • Ability to quickly and easily build rapport through actively listening and understanding
  • Confident, up-beat personality who genuinely enjoys sales
