  • Hybrid working available – 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

Responsible for own caseload of approximately 25-50 files and compliance.

Drafting and negotiating commercial leases including new, renewal and reversionary leases, predominantly for landlords at rents generally below £50k p.a.

Dealing with completion processes such as deeds administration, collection of completion monies and post completion administration and billing.

Qualified with a Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX).

Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook.

Significant experience in managing a conveyancing caseload.

No commercial property leasing experience is required as full training will be provided.
