What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for high volume case load of residential files
  • Experienced in established procedures, regulatory requirements, and service level expectations
  • Must possess strong technical expertise across the full residential transaction lifecycle.
  • Using Proclaim CRM and operate both paperless and paper systems

What you will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • A high degree of IT proficiency is essential
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Proven ability to independently manage a varied caseload
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations, including AML and client due diligence requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client care skills
  • Advanced IT literacy with experience using legal case management systems and digital workflow tools
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and a process driven approach to matter management
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to departmental performance objectives
