One of Staffordshire and Cheshire's most established independent estate agents, who have four successful branches, are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Valuer to work in their busy Macclesfield branch. You’ll be based on-site in Macclesfield and managing a great sales team to continue the branch's strong local position for this highly reputable agent.

What’s in it for you:

  • Annual salary up of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

What you’ll be doing:

  • To manage the day to day running of our busy sales branch ensuring our high customer service standards are achieved.
  • To come up with new & innovative ways to drive revenue & ensure the branch is exceeding set targets.
  • Negotiating and selling of properties across Macclesfield area.
  • To conduct property valuations & listings to ensure the branch's market position.
  • To have a consistent plan in place for touting and securing new business.
  • Managing a sales team to motivate and hit monthly branch targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

What you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager Valuer / Branch Manager role within a residential estate agency environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Macclesfield property market.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
