This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing solicitors and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team.

What’s in it for you:- Annual salary £28,000 to £38,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch break
- Birthday off

- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
- As a Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds.
- Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file.
- Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
- Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion.
- Complete SDLT forms.
- Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing.
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
