One of the North West's largest group of independent estate agents is looking for a Branch Manager/Valuer to be kept busy, meaning great earning potential. You’ll be based in Bolton and if you like being out and about with no 2 days looking the same, this is the role for you!
What’s in it for you:
- Annual salary up to £35,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission structure with OTE of £50,000
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the day to day running of our busy sales branch ensuring our high customer service standards are achieved.
- Come up with new & innovative ways to drive revenue & ensure the branch is exceeding set targets.
- Review, analyse and improve process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance.
- Conduct inspiring 1:1’s for your team, recognising individual and team achievements & offering support and training where required.
- Conduct property valuations & ensure the branch has a consistent plan in place for touting and securing new business.
- Ensure the branch is compliant & efficient at all times.
- Report branch performance figures to the company management team & attend monthly team meetings.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Utilise software tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure that the branch adheres to all health and safety regulations.
What you will have:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential estate agency environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of sales and the importance of excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to lead a team.
- Full UK Driving License.
