This position is for an award-winning, professional team of conveyancing solicitors and legal experts. They have been leading solicitors since 2011 and are now looking to add an experienced conveyancer to their team. What you’ll be doing:
- As a Conveyancer, you will have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds.
- Managing on a day-to-day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file.
- Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
- Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion.
- Completing SDLT forms.
What you will have:
- Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing.
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
