We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing high-quality care and support to our residents while supporting the Registered Manager and leading our care and support staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of residents, ensuring their wishes and preferences are prioritized.
- Manage day-to-day care delivery, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Act as a shift leader, ensuring effective operation within your area of responsibility.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the care team regarding nursing and medical matters.
- Ensure that all documentation and recording systems are maintained to a high standard.
- Promote and protect the welfare of those individuals supported by our service.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered with the relevant body (e.g., NMC).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of safeguarding adults and whistleblowing policies.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations effectively and calmly.
Desirable Skills:
- Supervisory or management qualification.
- Experience in rota planning and staff training.
- A track record of mentoring and coaching staff to enhance team performance.
