Thurrock Council, supported by Ambient People, is recruiting a Head of Finance Business Partnering (Housing). Reporting to the Director of Finance, the post covers HRA and General Fund, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive savings and efficiencies and to support service improvement.
The role leads complex financial modelling, the HRA Business Plan, and financial reporting to Cabinet and Committee; it requires leadership within the senior management team.
