Ambient People seeks a Head of Finance Business Partnering (ASC) for Thurrock Council to lead the finance business partnering across Adult Social Care and Public Health. You will build senior stakeholder relationships, challenge where needed, and drive savings and efficiencies while supporting financial strategy and modelling. The role reports to the Director of Finance and is central to the council’s financial planning, reporting and decision-making, including ensuring robust financial control.
