The Role

We are looking for a qualified Support Worker to join our team. The post holder will actively participate in supporting the team, monitoring and ensuring that the service delivery meets with statutory and regulatory bodies requirements, develop and actively maintain the person-centred care provided to our service users.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant care setting.
  • Experience in learning difficulties.
  • Must have a UK valid driving licence.
  • Preferable but not essential: DBS on the update system.
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care.
