The Role
We are looking for a qualified Senior Support Worker to join our team. The post holder will actively participate in supporting the team, monitoring and ensuring that the service delivery meets with statutory and regulatory bodies requirements, develop and actively maintain the person-centred care provided to our service users. We are looking for someone to enhance performance, promote and encourage constructive feedback and maintain an effective safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified to minimum of Level 3 NVQ in HSE or equivalent.
- At least 2 year’s significant supervisory experience in a relevant care setting within the past 5 years.
- Experience in supporting people with autism and challenging behaviour - 2 years.
- Experience of Autistic Spectrum Condition.
- Must have a UK valid driving licence.
