About the Role
Ambience Care Limited is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Slough branch. This role is strictly focused on new business development. You will be responsible for winning new clients, opening new accounts, and building revenue from scratch. This position does not include managing existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new clients through cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings
- Develop new business within the local geographical territory
- Arrange and attend client meetings to present Ambience Care’s recruitment services
- Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with new clients
- Open new accounts and convert prospects into active clients
- Work with internal teams to deliver candidates once new business is secured
- Achieve weekly and monthly new-business and margin targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline progress in the CRM

What We Offer
- Salary from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (depends on experience)
