Key Tasks * Provide personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting assistance to the Service Users and will undertake manual handling duties as required. * Access and update confidential records using a computer. Maintain necessary records such as Service Users care plans, and contribute to reviews of customers’ needs as directed. * Work with the Activities Co-ordinator to encourage the Service Users to take part in organised activities and one to one support. * To undertake practical duties where necessary including cleaning and laundry. Night Health Care Assistant only * You will be expected to stay awake and not leave the building when you are on duty. * To carry out security checks to maintain the wellbeing and safety of the Service users
