We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven recruiter to further develop their career while playing a key role in expanding our healthcare recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop recruitment activity within an allocated territory
- Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Arrange and attend client meetings and conduct regular client visits
- Source, attract, and screen suitable candidates for healthcare roles
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with both in-office and remote colleagues to achieve team targets
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in healthcare recruitment or a related sector
- Full-time right to work in the UK
