Ambience Care is an established recruitment business specialising in the healthcare and industrial sectors, with an exciting expansion into the education sector. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead and grow our Slough branch. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for managing a hybrid team, driving business development, and building strong client relationships while maintaining high recruitment standards. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Slough branch
- Lead, motivate and support a hybrid recruitment team
- Drive business development and secure new client partnerships
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Oversee recruitment activity across healthcare, industrial, and education sectors
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Monitor branch performance against targets and KPIs
- Provide regular performance reports to the Regional Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Strong business development experience within recruitment
