Overview

We are looking for reliable Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators and Room Leaders for Full-time position (40 hours per week) to support nurseries across the UK.

Location: Bromley, West Wickham

Role options:

  • Room Leader – Baby Room (Salary: £28,000 – £30,000)
  • Early Years Educators – Pre-school & Baby Room (Salary: £21,000 – £28,000)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver activities following the EYFS framework
  • Observe and record children’s development
  • Ensure children’s safety and well-being
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Maintain a stimulating and inclusive environment
  • Follow nursery policies and safeguarding guidelines

Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to provide and maintain a high-quality, stimulating learning environment indoors & outdoors
  • Skilled in planning and preparing purposeful learning opportunities that foster curiosity
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing experience and knowledge
  • Commitment to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and hands-on experience in early years settings

Requirements

  • A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Early Years Childcare for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience of working with under 2’s
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • A secure understanding of the EYFS and development matters
  • An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude to work
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in partnership with parents
