Base pay range

Hourly rate: £14.30

Main Responsibilities

As a Retail Security Officer, your duties will include:

• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity
• Assessing vulnerabilities and working proactively to minimize risk
• Liaising with management and local authorities when applicable
• Managing vulnerable persons with empathy
• Completing searches in line with company policy
• Reporting incidents digitally using tablets/phones
• Providing detailed incident reports to assist clients and authorities

Location and Hours

Location: Buckingham

Hours: 26.5 hours/week

Shift pattern: Friday 11:30 – 00:15 and Saturday 12:00 – 00:15

Candidate Requirements

Must have a valid SIA licence. Previous retail security experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
