Main Responsibilities:- Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity
- Assessing vulnerabilities and working proactively to minimise risk
- Liaising with management and local authorities when applicable
- Managing vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress
- Completing searches of colleagues and contractors as per policy
- Reporting incidents digitally and using devices for daily planning
- Providing detailed incident reports to assist clients and authorities
Location: Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy
Hours: 8-10 hour shifts, covering holidays and sickness across Fife
- Must have a valid SIA licence.
- Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential, as training is provided.
