With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Amberley Castle gives our team the chance to work in a castle with quality and style.
We pay our team service charge each month! 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel. Service charge can be in the region of £300 a month (close to £3,600 per year) over and above base pay, for a full time employee.
Come and join our team as a Relief Restaurant Manager for an initial fixed 1-month period. We can potentially arrange accommodation within our staff cottages.

As a Relief Restaurant Manager, you will lead our restaurant team and ensure we always provide exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the menu so you can advise guests who ask for help.
- When we need new team members, you will recruit the best staff for your team.
- Train new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.
- Build close relationships with colleagues across all teams.
- Ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
- Support other departments by helping out from time to time.
