With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Amberley Castle gives our team the chance to work in a castle with quality and style.

Role Overview: Come and join our team as a Relief Restaurant Manager for an initial fixed 1-month period. We can potentially arrange accommodation within our staff cottages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Get to know the menu so you can advise guests if they ask for help.
  • Recruit new team members and select the best staff for your team.
  • Train new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.
  • Build close relationships across all teams, encouraging staff to help each other across departments.
  • Ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
  • Be flexible with rotas, allowing teamwork and flexibility.
