We're looking for two Campaign Executives to join our Resourcing Services team and support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment campaigns for UK and international clients.

This role would suit a recent graduate with around 12+ months' experience in a customer service, administration, recruitment or similar role, including relevant part-time work completed alongside study.

You'll act as a key operational link between Campaign Co-ordinators and Client Partners, helping campaigns run smoothly, candidates receive a great experience and client service levels are consistently met.

Campaign delivery and co-ordination

  • Supporting the operational delivery of multiple recruitment campaigns
  • Managing activity across application, assessment, interview and offer stages
  • Ensuring milestones, service levels and quality standards are consistently met

Candidate and client experience

  • Overseeing candidate communications to ensure they are accurate, fair and consistent
  • Resolving more complex candidate queries and escalating issues appropriately
  • Supporting assessment centres, interviews, feedback calls and candidate keep-warm activity

Reporting and process improvement

  • Preparing pipeline updates and supporting campaign reporting for Client Partners
  • Using campaign data to identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities to improve delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance across client and Amberjack systems

Team support and collaboration

  • Supporting Campaign Co-ordinators and Recruitment Co-ordinators day to day
  • Working closely with Client Partners, Attraction, Assessment and Technology teams
  • Contributing to implementation meetings, kick-offs and continuous improvement activity

You'll need:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and compliance
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently during busy periods
  • A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach to work
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, alongside generative AI tools, with curiosity about how AI can improve ways of working, efficiency and client delivery.

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Have experience in recruitment delivery, early careers, RPO or volume hiring environments
  • Are comfortable using applicant tracking systems or recruitment technology
  • Enjoy using data and insight to improve processes and candidate experience
  • Can support others in the team and lead by example through professionalism and reliability
