Overview
Amberes is partnering with a high-growth, enterprise software company operating in the Digital Employee Experience and workplace technology market. The business is entering a critical phase of scale, with increasing enterprise adoption and growing complexity across customer deployments. As a result, they are investing heavily in their post-sales delivery function to ensure consistent, high-quality technical implementation across global customers.
The DEX/EUC Specialist Opportunity
This position is designed for experienced enterprise technologists who have led large-scale deployments internally and now want to apply that expertise in a vendor environment. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer IT teams, ensuring deployments are architected correctly, delivered efficiently, and operationalised successfully. The company values leaders who are technically credible, structured in their approach, and comfortable being close to delivery rather than managing purely at arm’s length.
Post-Sales Delivery & Implementation Leadership
- You will own end-to-end technical delivery of the platform across enterprise customers, from initial design through production rollout.
- You will lead complex, multi-region implementations, working directly with customer infrastructure, EUC, security, and operations teams.
- You will define delivery plans, deployment models, and implementation standards, ensuring consistency and quality across engagements.
Technical Engagement & Architecture
- You will act as the senior technical authority during delivery, advising customers on architecture, integrations, and operational design.
- You will partner with internal Sales Engineering, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with platform capabilities and roadmap.
- You will lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and escalations during deployment and early live phases.
Delivery Frameworks & Scale
- You will help evolve implementation methodologies, technical playbooks, and best practices to support scale.
- You will ensure customers are enabled with the documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness required to run the platform post-deployment.
- You will contribute to improving predictability, efficiency, and quality across the services organisation.
You will bring ~8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, EUC, digital workplace, or post-sales delivery within complex environments. You will have hands-on exposure to Microsoft and cloud ecosystems, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, identity, and endpoint tooling. You will be comfortable working with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, or similar). You will understand enterprise networking, security, and governance requirements. You will be credible with senior technical stakeholders and confident operating in customer-facing environments.
