Supporting net-new enterprise logo acquisition as the technical authority in the sales cycle, working directly with customers and in close alignment with channel partners in a 100% partner-led model. Acting as the trusted technical advisor across IAM, PKI, and cryptographic security initiatives. Partnering closely with Enterprise Account Executives to support large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Engaging with senior technical and security stakeholders, including CTO, CISO, CSO and architecture teams. Leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Sales Leadership – Own the technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through to close.
- Solution Design – Architect enterprise-grade solutions across IAM, PKI, crypto agility and cloud infrastructure aligned to customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement – Deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and workshops to senior technical and security stakeholders.
- Partner Enablement – Support and enable channel partners, VARs, MSSPs, and GSIs with technical expertise to accelerate joint opportunities.
- Technical Validation – Run proofs of concept, pilots and technical validations, addressing security, compliance and scalability requirements.
- Sales Alignment – Work in lockstep with Enterprise AEs on account strategy, deal planning and value positioning.
- Regional Support – Contribute to go-to-market execution across the North East and Central regions.
- Sales Discipline – Maintain accurate opportunity notes, technical qualifications, and forecasting input within CRM systems.
- Collaboration – Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing and leadership to feed market insight back into the business.
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture role within enterprise security or infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of IAM, PKI, cryptographic security, certificates or adjacent identity and trust technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with deal sizes $250K+ and multi-year agreements.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite, security leadership and enterprise architecture teams.
- Experience working in a channel-led or partner-first sales model.
- Ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC is advantageous.
