We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling AI agent company building automation software for SMBs. The platform enables non-technical users to build and deploy AI-driven workflows that replace manual operational work with intelligent agents.
They are now hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join the core product team and help shape the next stage of platform evolution. You will work directly with the founding team and early engineers to build and scale an AI-native SaaS platform used by thousands of B2B and B2C Customers globally. This is a high-velocity engineering environment where shipping speed, iteration, and product intuition matter as much as technical depth. You’ll own features end-to-end across the stack and directly influence product direction.
Since launch, the company has:
- Scaled from 0 to 3,000+ B2B and B2C customers in under 2 years
- Grown from 0 to c. $4m ARR in the same period
- Built a highly product-led, self-serve SMB motion
- Raised from top-tier Silicon Valley investors
- Founded by repeat founders with prior successful exits / scale-ups
The product is a brilliant blend of:
- AI agents
- Workflow automation
- LLM-powered task execution
- No-code / low-code user experiences for B2B and B2C Customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Build full-stack features across modern frontend + backend systems (TypeScript-heavy)
- Design and implement AI agent workflows and automation logic
- Integrate LLM APIs into production-grade user workflows
- Build scalable backend services and APIs supporting rapid user growth
- Work closely with founders, product, and design to ship fast and iterate
- Make architectural decisions as the platform scales from thousands → tens of thousands of users
- Optimise performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI-heavy systems
- Help shape engineering culture in a very early-stage but fast-scaling team
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong full stack engineering experience (modern JS/TS stack preferred)
- Experience building production user-facing SaaS products end-to-end
- Comfort working in early-stage, high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments
- Strong interest in AI agents, LLMs, or automation tooling
- Ability to ship quickly with minimal process or hand-holding
- High ownership mindset, you run problems, not tickets
- Strong product intuition (understanding why something is being built, not just how)
