Ambercare Limited in Wales is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our care team. You will create a varied programme of activities for residents, including those living with dementia, aiming to make daily life meaningful, enjoyable and engaging.
You will plan and deliver group activities, arts and crafts, reminiscence and gentle exercise, provide one-to-one engagement, arrange outings, and work closely with care staff to support residents’ emotional wellbeing.
