Your Role:
As a Twilight Support Worker, you will:
- Provide tailored care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Promote independence and wellbeing through fun and engaging activities.
- Ensure our residents feel safe, respected, and valued, in line with their care plans.
- Keep accurate records and maintain high standards of care.
