This is an exciting opportunity to work with Amber, a household name in the Midlands when it comes to the Home Improvements sector. Our values are; Design, Service and Value for Money. Established in 1992, this is our 30th year trading, we are offering a long term career. Many of our staff have enjoyed decades knowing they have a secure future with plenty of growth on offer.

What you will be doing:

  • Attending product design appointments in customers’ homes
  • Helping customers realise their own vision using a creative consultative approach
  • You will quickly become an expert in our extensive bespoke range of windows, doors, and conservatories all manufactured in our own 3.5 acre manufacturing site.
  • In addition to this you will be able to offer Roofline Replacement, EPDM Flat Roof Installation and a selection of Bespoke Garage Doors.

What we are looking for:

  • As a Field Sales Consultant you will be customer-focused, determined to deliver an exceptional customer experience on each appointment.
  • You will have a positive outlook and be a problem solver, able to assist customers in choosing the products that most suit their individual needs, getting the best result for all concerned.
  • Sales experience is helpful, but not necessary to be successful.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, organised and professional.
  • This is a commission-based role and to travel to appointments, you will need to have a car and UK driving license.

What we can offer:

  • Amazing earnings potential. Our Field Sales Consultants can earn between £40,000 and £60,000 per year (OTE) on average and our high performers earn significantly more.
