We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an existing team of two.

Responsibilities:

  • Support as minute taker and clerk to the Board of Trustees, handling confidential papers.
  • Assist Senior Management Team in all aspects of administration, finance, HR and reception support.
  • Provide high-level administration and customer service for our Help at Home Project, dealing with new clients and workers and ensuring all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
  • Administer support to staff of Amber Valley CVS and its member groups.
  • Lead and complete all administration tasks for the operation of our highly successful Disclosure.
