We are looking for a Production Assembler to join our small, dynamic team and contribute directly to work that makes a real difference to patients’ lives.

The Role

You will be responsible for the assembly and processing of sterile, active implantable medical devices. This is a highly focused role involving the assembly of electro‑mechanical micro‑components under a microscope within a cleanroom environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro‑mechanical micro‑components in a cleanroom under strictly controlled conditions
  • Follow quality assurance and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate batch documentation and records
  • Maintain accurate stock and materials records
  • Carry out in‑process inspection of your own work and support independent verification and testing of colleagues’ work

Skills & Experience

  • Experience assembling small or intricate components in a precision production environment
  • Strong visual inspection skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of manual dexterity and practical ability
  • Experience in either electro‑mechanical assembly or medical device manufacturing is essential.
  • Familiarity with regulated industry standards (e.g. medical, aerospace, defence) advantageous

You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a close‑knit team, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
