As Head Chef you'll:

  • Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food to be proud of
  • Be driven to smash targets with your team driving sales and guest satisfaction
  • Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control

  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations
