Role Description
Working within the Client Relations department, as part of a specialist team, the key objectives are to provide support to clients, advisers and colleagues in regard to all key team accountabilities. Responsible for meeting team objectives, agreed service level agreements, and data accuracy. Working closely with the Client Relations Senior Associates who will provide advice and support during the course of daily duties and with on-going training needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum or above Grade 4 or equivalent in GCSE English Language and Mathematics
- Level 4 Diploma Regulated Financial Planning
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative working style and commitment to get the job done
- High level of attention to detail
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Capable of operating in a fast paced and challenging environment
