Along with being provided training on AI-driven tools for personalised client solutions. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored financial advice aligned with FCA regulations. All potentially suitable solutions considered, and research of market evidenced. Identify financial planning needs for existing clients. Easily understandable recommendations communicated to clients in all cases. Meet performance benchmarks such as revenue targets, compliance and client satisfaction scores. Maintain ethical standards and disclose any disciplinary actions as per professional guidelines. Knowledge & Experience Minimum Chartered or close, with support for achieving advanced certifications like CFP or Chartered Financial Planner. Passion for industry – full understanding of the industry and the rules that govern and guide. A curiosity for how the role can deliver more for our clients. Analytical ability – verbal, numerical and IT. Ability to network and influence. Communication – being able to adapt the way we communicate to the person in front of you, this is especially important when relaying complex information. Teamwork – helping others and always making sure we treat others as we would want to be treated. Organised and self-motivated – plan for success.
