📍 Hybrid Working Marlow | Full-Time

At Amber River Premier, we're looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator / Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate clients and delivering an exceptional employee benefits experience through our flexible benefits platform, Benefit Stream.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and contributing to a high-performing team.

The Opportunity

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you'll support the Employee Benefits team with the day-to-day administration of a wide range of group benefit arrangements, ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient and accurate service. You'll often be the first point of contact for HR and Finance teams, helping to deliver an outstanding client experience.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Managing the onboarding of new corporate clients and their employees onto our benefits platform.

✅ Administering employee benefits including:

  • Group Pensions
  • Life Assurance
  • Income Protection
  • Critical Illness
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Dental Plans
  • Travel Insurance
  • Health Cash Plans

✅ Processing new joiners, leavers, benefit changes, renewals and ongoing client maintenance.

✅ Supporting the implementation and testing of our flexible benefits platform, Benefit Stream.

✅ Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems.

✅ Preparing and issuing invoices and supporting payment collection activities.

✅ Producing management information reports for the Head of Employee Benefits.

✅ Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

Experience & Skills

The opportunity would be well suited to a recent Graduate, keen to develop their knowledge, skills and experience within the employee benefits sector. Finance related degree subjects would be preferred.

Prior administration experience within the financial services sector would be a distinct advantage.

You should be comfortable working on a hybrid basis, 3 days/wk office based.
