The company provides bespoke Wealth Planning Advice to both established HNW/UHNW clients and new clients which are referred through reputation and excellence. The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team, focusing on servicing our high-net-worth clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and the unique needs of affluent individuals. The ideal candidate will be a trusted adviser, providing expert advice and tailored financial planning to help our clients achieve their financial goals. You will manage a book of existing clients, in addition to developing your own network.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims to develop tailored strategic financial plans.
- Advise on financial matters such as investment, estate planning, tax planning, and retirement strategies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering a personal service and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Stay abreast of new products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and service to our clients.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as accountants and solicitors, to provide a holistic service to clients.
- Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and service standards.
- Develop and expand the client base through networking and referrals.
- Directly supervising staff (Administrator and Paraplanner).
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser, with a proven track record of managing high net worth clients.
- A Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent; Chartered status is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, markets, and legal regulations in the UK.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to client centric financial advice and confidentiality.
- Making sure CPD is maintained and recorded accurately.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
