Amber River Premier, the Marlow-based hub of the Amber River Group, is a collective of like-minded, values-driven people with a passion for financial planning. We provide bespoke wealth management advice to both established high-net-worth clients and new clients referred through reputation and excellence.
We are currently looking to add to our team of Chartered Advisers, with a highly experienced Financial Adviser, used to managing clients with high expectations and often complex planning needs. Our ideal applicant will inherit some of our most well-established clients, as well as nurture and build their own client network.

As a company, we offer technical advancement to all employees, meaning you will be supported by a highly professional, knowledgeable, and happy team of Paraplanners and Associates supporting both you and your clients alike, enabling you to focus on what you do best: advising clients and curating bespoke financial strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and the unique needs of affluent individuals. The ideal candidate will be a trusted adviser, providing expert advice and tailored financial planning to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims to develop tailored strategic financial plans.
- Advise on financial matters such as investment, estate planning, tax planning, and retirement strategies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering a personal service and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Stay abreast of new products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice and service to our clients.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Accountants and Solicitors, to provide a holistic service to clients.
- Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and service standards.
- Develop and expand the client base through networking and referrals.
- A proven track record of successfully managing high-net-worth client relationships.
- CII Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards).
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, markets, and legal regulations in the UK.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to client-centric financial advice and confidentiality.
The position is offered on a hybrid working basis, office-based 3 days/week.
