Amber River Premier are an award-winning, Chartered Financial Planning firm located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and competent individual to join one of our 'pods', working alongside a Financial Adviser and a Paraplanner; providing both administrative and client servicing support. As a company we provide bespoke Wealth Planning Advice to both established HNW clients and new clients which are referred through reputation and excellence. The company holds Corporate Chartered Status awarded by the CII and is committed to providing the highest levels of service. All Advisers are CII Chartered or will be in the next 18 months. As part of the Amber River group, we are one of the fastest growing and largest national Independent Financial Advice companies.

Role responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, product providers and other 3rd parties
  • Preparing documentation, including valuations, for client meetings
  • Obtaining illustrations/quotations, product literature and fund/transfer values from product providers and other 3rd parties
  • Sending information requests to providers, and managing these through to receipt of information
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating client database (CURO)
  • Ensuring all dealings with customers are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
  • Undertaking sufficient product and market research
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
  • Opening, sorting, and scanning daily post
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls, receiving, and passing on messages
  • Ensuring all files meet FCA compliance guidelines

Our ideal applicant will have previous experience working within a wealth management/IFA business and excellent relationship management skills. An interest in pursuing CII qualifications and previous experience of using Curo would also be advantageous.

We operate a hybrid working model, with 3 days office-based and 2 remote.
