Role Description: This is a full-time position for a Financial Adviser based in Colchester. The Financial Adviser will provide expert advice to clients, assist in developing tailored financial plans and support individuals and families with investment and retirement planning. The role will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to deliver an exceptional level of service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, experienced Adviser looking for the next step. The opportunity will allow you to grow your business with access to an existing client bank, ensuring immediate engagement opportunities. You will be equipped with leading financial planning software such as Conquest for cashflow modelling, PlannerPal for AI supported administration and MI reporting tools like Power BI.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the UK financial services marketplace to create and communicate effective strategies for clients.
- Experience in Retirement Planning for supporting clients in achieving long-term financial security.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored and effective solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Appropriate financial qualifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience working in financial advisory roles, preferably in wealth management or financial services for a minimum of 5 years.
