We are looking for a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers. If you are reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality breakfast service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully.
- Maintain accurate records of food costs and wastage.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times.
- Have the correct attitude towards the people around you, respect them, help if needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef, minimum 3 years.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
- A creative approach to menu design and dish presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher qualification.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Additional Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a breakfast chef.
- Available for morning shifts including weekends, averaging 40 hours per week.
- Flexible with days of work.
- Able to work independently and manage a section alone.
- Confident in overseeing preparation and maintaining high standards.
