About The Role

Amber Mace are working with an inhouse company looking for a Senior OHA to lead and develop their established OH unit. This is a senior clinical leadership role, combining OH case management with operational oversight and service development. You’ll lead day-to-day OH activity, support a small clinical team, and play a key role in shaping service improvements already underway across the department. With it being a stable service without backlog or staffing pressures, you’ll be able to focus on leadership, quality and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee OH clinical services, including health surveillance, medicals, and case management
  • Provide expert advice on sickness absence and complex OH cases
  • Support and supervise the OH team in day-to-day delivery
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and policy development
  • Help design and deliver staff health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Oversee effective triage and prioritisation of OH referrals

About You

  • Registered nurse, OH qualification
  • Significant OH experience
  • Experienced in managing sickness absence and complex casework
  • Experienced in team management and service improvement
  • IT literate, good communication skills
