Amber Mace are working with a client looking for a Senior OH Advisor to join a busy, fast‑paced in‑house Occupational Health service. They are looking for a candidate who will confidently lead operational delivery, act in a clinical capacity, support a small clinical team, and make sound, timely decisions in a busy and high‑demand service.

Key Responsibilities
- Line management of a small team (4–5 staff)
- Complex case management (1 to 2 days per week)
- Oversight of case management
- Support clinical decision making and quality assurance
- Leading on policies, procedures and service improvement
- Work closely with the Health & Wellbeing Manager on delivery
- Embed training, consistency and clinical standards across the team
- Engage regularly with HR and stakeholders
- Support KPI/SLA performance and service responsiveness
