We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Home Manager to lead a specialist learning disability service in Gillingham, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and compassionate professional to make a real impact in the lives of the people we support.
What You'll Do:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent standards
- Work closely with families, external agencies, and other stakeholders
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager
- Strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities (essential)
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive, flexible, and empathetic approach
