This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable recruiter, ideally with experience in healthcare, to take ownership of internal recruitment within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates across care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers
