Location: North Birmingham/Kidderminster (with remote work)

I’m working with an amazing OH Provider who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor in the West Midlands to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a newly available position, following an internal move, and comes with a strong reputation for quality care and employee wellbeing.

The Role:

  • You’ll be working across two key client sites in North Birmingham and Kidderminster.
  • You’ll be on site 2 days per week in North Birmingham, and 1 day on site in Kidderminster every other week, providing health surveillance.
  • All remaining time you are able to work from home.
  • Manageable case load (up to 4 cases per day).

This is a full remit OHA role that includes:

  • Complex case management, including mental health.
  • Sickness absence management.
  • Health surveillance (audiometry, spirometry, vision etc.).
  • Pre-employment screening.
  • Health promotion & wellbeing initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with no restrictions.
  • A formal Occupational Health qualification.
  • Recent OHA experience including case management.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Full benefits package including healthcare, paid NMC fees (after year 1), enhanced annual leave and sick pay.
  • The kind of place where people stay – and thrive.
