Salary: £41-45k

Are you an experienced OH Advisor looking for a remote role? My client are an established OH Provider looking for someone to join their team. My client works with a range of clients throughout the UK and pride themselves on being a supportive, inclusive and professional culture that encourages development and growth within the role.
Role:
- Manage up to 5 management referral cases per day and provide robust medical reports
- Conduct new starter health screenings and assess medical capability for defined roles
- Deliver wellbeing programmes tailored to client needs
- Support business development and operational excellence initiatives
- Maintain accurate OH records and ensure compliance with professional and legal standards
- Work flexibly to respond to changing priorities and client requirements
About You:
- Nurse with an OH qualification essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health (post qualification)
- Confident working autonomously with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Cority knowledge desirable)
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and professional, with a “can do” attitude
