Role:

  • Case management to health surveillance
  • Provide assistance with proactive wellbeing initiatives educating the team
  • Delivering expert advice on attendance, fitness for work, and occupational health matters
  • Offering guidance on relevant legislation and best practice
  • Triage of referrals and management of health surveillance escalations
  • Completing pre-placement questionnaires and travel health advice where required
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to continuous improvement across the service

Requirements:

  • OH qualification
  • Experience working in OH
  • Self motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently as well as within a team
