Role:
- Case management to health surveillance
- Provide assistance with proactive wellbeing initiatives educating the team
- Delivering expert advice on attendance, fitness for work, and occupational health matters
- Offering guidance on relevant legislation and best practice
- Triage of referrals and management of health surveillance escalations
- Completing pre-placement questionnaires and travel health advice where required
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to continuous improvement across the service
Requirements:
- OH qualification
- Experience working in OH
- Self motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently as well as within a team
